What if my order isn't delivered?
You're refunded automatically. If only part of an order is delivered, we refund the rest to your Jetfill wallet straight away. You don't need to ask.
How long does it take?
Each service shows an estimate, for example “Usually starts within 1 hour”. You can follow every order in My orders; the page updates by itself.
Which link should I paste?
Each service shows an example under the link box. Your account or post must be public. For views on TikTok or Instagram Reels, paste a video link, not a photo.
Do you need my password?
Never. We only need the public link to your profile, post or video. Jetfill will never ask for your password.
How do I pay?
You pay from your Jetfill wallet, so checkout takes one tap. Add money once, then use it for any service.
